What is included in the price:
Price includes guiding, facilitation, shuttles, equipment, food, and lodging for the duration of your journey with Nowwhat Adventures.
Making a Reservation
Step I: Reservation: Please complete the reservation form below and send it with a $250 deposit.
Step 2: Interview: We will contact you to schedule a video interview. We’ll get to know you and learn about your goals for the upcoming journey. You’ll have a chance to ask questions of us. If, after the interview, we (or you) decide that Nowwhat Adventures is not the right fit, we’ll refund your deposit.
Step 3: Confirmation and forms: After the successful pre-trip interview you will fill out Health and Liability Release Forms, pay the balance, and go over a Packing List, Travel Details, and Post-Trip Recommendations. You will share your travel plans with us. We will put you in touch with other group members, so you can start getting to know each other or decide to carpool.
Refund Policy:
Up to 60 days prior to the start of your journey, your payment is refundable, minus the $250 deposit
60 – 30 days prior to the start of your journey, your payment is refundable, minus 50% of the full price
Less than 30 days prior to the start of your journey, your entire payment is non-refundable.
